Do my clients see Buuka?
Only as a small "Powered by Buuka" line at the foot of your booking page. Your name, logo and colour lead everywhere else, including the texts they receive.
Does my crew need to install an app?
No. They get a link by text, open it in their phone's browser and add it to the home screen. It works like an app, with nothing to download from a store.
What happens when a client reschedules?
The job moves on your schedule, the crew's day updates and you get a notification. Your change policy decides how late a change is free.
I run two businesses. Do I need two accounts?
Not today — each business needs its own account for now. Running several businesses from one login is on our roadmap.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from Settings at any time. Your bookings, crews and history stay exactly where they are.
